
The metro area weather will remain dry, with a mix of sun and clouds, until the weekend when there is a chance of snow every day beginning on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
On Wednesday, “there’s a little bit of increasing clouds with highs around 50,” said Greg Hanson, NWS meteorologist.
The overnight low is expected to be around 26 degrees.
Thursday’s weather will be similar, with some clouds and a high temperature of 49 degrees. The overnight low is expected to be 31.
On Friday there will be a slight chance of rain and then a mix of snow and rain. The high temperature is expected to be 50 degrees.
On Friday night there is a 30% chance of snow and a low of 26 degrees.
On Saturday, when the high will be 41 degrees, and Sunday, when the temperature could stall at 33 degrees, there is also a chance of snow.
